What to expect
60 min small group session
A unique workshop created by Dr. Caitlin Redding with the intention to help people learn about how their body moves and to take away strategies to improve functional movement.
Together we will dive into 5 different movement patterns to identify weaknesses, strengths and areas for each individual to improve upon.
Wear comfortable/athletic clothing and expect to kick your shoes off. If possible we will be outdoors in the courtyard!
Space is limited and registration is required. Please be mindful to contact me if you cannot make it or need to reschedule to allow someone else to take your spot!
